Pastor Chuck Salvo is head of all ministries at On Fire Christian Center.

He has appointed Leaders to fulfill specific jobs. Some of these Leaders have direct ministry responsibility, while others perform administrative duties.

All of the Leaders at On Fire Christian Center have been called to their positions by God. They voluntarily commit themselves to high moral and ethical standards and are dedicated to service.  Everyone at On Fire Christian Center is encouraged to find an opportunity to serve others.

Care Leaders are responsible for a group of members assigned to them. They function as spiritual leaders in areas of direct ministry to those individuals and families who attend the church.
